Any problems or issues are taken very seriously by our company, which is why the company uses a questionnaire to help us monitor our quality of service. Data collected from these questionnaires reveals a whopping 96 per cent of customers would use our service again. Only 0.02 per cent of all customers has contacted Global Visas with serious issues.
